Senior Product Designer

After 5 years in Freshworks, it was time to challenge myself by building for a different set of users. That's when Browserstack happened.
Here, I craft experiences for developers and QAs, and certainly my past experience as a QA helps me relate to our users wants and needs better.
I primarily work on App Live, a platform where QA's can test their mobile apps across various devices.
Apart from work, I play around with a lot of AI tools in an effort to keep me up to date.

Senior Product Designer

Quickly moved into a senior role, but this also meant more responsibilities.
This is where I started taking more ownership and I started thinking beyond just delivering my work.
During this time, I was majorly crafting experiences for IT Operations Management module of Freshservice, a fairly new addition to the product at the time. This naturally gave me the space to think even more deeper, be more customer focused and deliver business impact.

I started my career as Software engineer in test (QA). My love for coding got me into this role at Freshworks.
I quickly realized that I wanted to be part of building things than just making sure that they work. So I decided to learn design on my own and I made the switch
